Artist Copyright
Julian Eather and her estate retain the copyright in perpetuity of all paintings
she has created. The purchaser acquires the right to physical possession of
the painting in perpetuity or until such time as the purchaser sells this right
to another. The new person or entity which acquires the painting must advise
Julian Eather, or her estate, of the new physical ownership and location of
the painting.
The holder of the right to physical possession may not, for any
purpose, reproduce the image contained in the painting without the permission
of Julian Eather or her estate.
Owners of the right of physical possession, with
reasonable notice and conditions, are required to make the painting available
for the purpose of creating a photographic, digital or appropriate reproductive
image for the period of time necessary for this, which will not exceed fourteen
consecutive days.
